Q. What shipping company do you use?

We use a mix of Royal Mail, InPost, DPD and other couriers depending on weight, location and the postage option selected at checkout. All the methods we use are tracked for peace of mind.

Q. Is the packaging discrete?

Yes, it will be sent in plain postage bags, or in boxes.

Q. Can we have balloons custom printed?

Yes, we offer a service to custom print using a one colour print on to 12", 14", 24" or 36". 

Q. What brands do you use?

We use a variety of balloon brands, only the best thick skinned balloons, such as Belbal.

Q. I'm a content creator, can I have free balloons?

No! - we are a business, we need to make money, but we will advertise you on our content creator page if you order from us. We do send a free gift with every order, whoever you are though with every order via this website.

Q. What about customs charges?

We send from the UK, so check with your local government to see if there are any incoming charges for the value of your package.
